The Contact Centre Global Forum,
April 25 – 27, 2007


A new global initiative to unite the contact center industry has won the support of industry associations from more than 30 countries across EMEA, Asia and the Americas – including the ATA. The Contact Centre Global Forum, which will be held for the first time in Cannes, France, between April 25th and 27th, 2007 and annually, thereafter, will bring together senior decision makers from contact centers around the world to address the challenges facing our industry.

“As Forum Partners, we, along with an international network of industry associations, will guide the development of the Forum on behalf of our members,” says Tim Searcy, CEO of the ATA. “The Contact Centre Global Forum will help us grow our national industry and raise our performance through the sharing of best practice from around the world. The Contact Centre Global Forum will:

  • Bring the worldwide contact center community together.
  • Promote best practices and encourage professional co-operation.
  • Combine an interactive conference agenda with a Business Exchange area, where Forum Partners will host a series of meeting points to encourage networking, information exchange, and professional business co-operation.

As part of the Forum, we’re able to offer our members:
