ATA welcomes media coverage of this event. Reporters will receive relevant and vital information to the imminent changes within Teleservices. They will have access to high-profile speakers as well as information concerning current and pending regulations surrounding inbound and outbound contact centers and ethical guidelines for customer service that affect numerous industries.
