I would like to take this
opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation for the
services and attention the ATA has provided me for nearly a
year. Upon
accepting a position as the Compliance and Quality Assurance
Manager of my company last year, I realized I had an extremely
difficult task ahead of me. I immediately joined
the ATA and enrolled in the Regulatory Guide, which has been
an invaluable source of information for me. I feel confident that
I am familiar with all applicable Teleservices laws, as well
as kept up to date on all industry developments.
I also attended the 2006
Washington Summit this year, and found it to be an exceptional
conference. All
the session facilitators were outstanding, and provided a very
well-rounded picture of corporate Compliance, from both the
Legal and Customer Service perspectives. I especially found the
pieces on Risk Management and Responding to CIDs not only
interesting, but applicable to the development of my
Compliance Program.
The ATA has been instrumental
in the progress of my Compliance platform. Without the expertise
of its employees and the multitude of resources, I would not
be as far along as I am in the growth of this department.
I honestly cannot say enough
wonderful things about the ATA and its staff - just thank
you for providing such an outstanding organization!
I look forward to attending many more
ATA conferences as they take place.
